Open OMF Battlegrounds is an independent, open-source project bringing One Must Fall: Battlegrounds to Windows 11, macOS and Linux.

The original game provides the world, the robots, and the arenas. The port gives it a new home. You supply the original game files.

Do I need the original game?

Yes. You need your own copy of One Must Fall: Battlegrounds and its original game data. Open OMF Battlegrounds provides the port; it does not include the game.

Can I download a build yet?

Release builds are not available here yet. The port is in development. This page will provide downloads and installation instructions as they become available.

Which operating systems are planned?

Windows 11, macOS and Linux. Specific system requirements and supported hardware will be published alongside the release builds.

Can I help with the project?

Yes. Testing, bug reports and contributions will help keep the Battlegrounds alive. The planned repository is listed below; contribution details will be added as the project opens up.
